Today the Spiritist Center is outstanding as a School of Spiritism, when the further future shall promote it to the condition of School of Spirits.*

One single question that every teacher and educator should ask themselves is: What does "educate" mean to me?

Teaching what is in the books? Forcing my point of view all the time? Propagating doctrines? Managing behaviors? Offering perspectives? Inviting to reflect?

The main goal of Spiritist Education is the emancipation of human beings through the perception and understanding of their own spiritual nature.

It is not about converting children to Spiritism. It is about contributing to their happiness, conscious about the laws of life and their function in the Universe.

Therefore, it is necessary to consider the pupil in all the interconnected dimensions of his Being: spiritual, moral, mental, emotional, physic-energetic, social.

It is necessary to create an educational environment that includes all these dimensions, a space to establish relations between concepts, feelings and day-to-day activities; interdisciplinary, up-to-date, adapted to each reality without losing itself from its guiding principles.
